A 17-YEAR-OLD JUVENILE MALE, OF HULL, is charged with the following:

On Sunday, March 12, at approximately 4:27 a.m., Hull Police were dispatched to an apartment at 544A Nantasket Ave. for an abandoned 911 call.
While police were en route, dispatch notified officers that upon callback, the reporting party stated that multiple men had broken into her home and beat up her son. The victim reported that the suspects were fleeing the home on foot in the direction of Riddles Supermart, located at 505 Nantasket Ave.
Upon arrival at the apartment complex, police saw a person jump over a fence and proceed to cut through the backyard of the neighboring property in the direction of Kenberma Street. As police apprehended the suspect, officers witnessed two other males walking across Kenberma Street and advised the other responding officers to stop them.
Following an initial investigation that included witness and victim statements, police learned that the three men had allegedly entered the residence through the building’s side door, which leads into the male victim’s bedroom. One of the suspects began to attack the male victim as the other two began searching through his dresser drawers, throwing a drawer at the victim’s mother and pushing another female victim to the ground.
All three suspects, later identified at WILLIAMS, RUIZ and the JUVENILE, were arrested without incident.
WILLIAMS and RUIZ were held without bail at the Hull Police Department pending their arraignment at Hingham District Court. The 17-YEAR-OLD JUVENILE MALE was released into the custody of his father and the juvenile probation office was notified.
These are allegations. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
