HULL — Chief John Dunn reports that the Hull Police Department arrested a man after he allegedly exposed himself on Nantasket Beach.

JOSEPH WILLIAM THOMAS, AGE 36, OF PORTLAND, MAINE is charged with Open and Gross Lewdness.

On Friday, Aug.11, at approximately 3 p.m., Hull Police received a report from a caller that there was a man on Nantasket Beach walking around nude. The man was reportedly seen attempting to re-wrap a towel he had around himself, but during the process, repeatedly exposed himself.

Upon arrival, a Hull Police Officer located the man who fit the description given by the caller, who was identified as THOMAS. Following an on scene investigation, the officer placed THOMAS under arrest.

He was booked at the Hull Police Department and later released on bail.

These are allegations. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
